ROLAND ELECTRONIC sensor brackets cover the full range of Double Sheet Control Applications, and were developed regarding the various requirements.
The safety of Double Sheet Control depends strongly on the usage of the correct sensor bracket.

Many years of experience have shown that faulty Double Sheet Control is caused mostly by mechanical reasons. A spring-loaded sensor bracket is basically preferable to a fixed solution.

Our sensor brackets program offers a solution for practically any requirement. We offer an optimum weight reduction, elasticity, durability and of course measuring reliability!

Spring loaded sensor bracket with flat suction
cup and lateral clearance. Highest tilt flexibility,
highest spring travel, very lightweight, for high
lateral acceleration (up to 2g). Minimal wear,
durable designed, low lifecycle costs.

Diameter of suction cup: 115 mm.

SHX42-85F

Spring loaded sensor bracket with flat suction cup
and lateral clearance. Highest tilt flexibility, highest
spring travel. Rigid during approach.

For high lateral acceleration (up to 2g), minimal wear.
